At Elka Collective, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selected pieces aren't quite right, we offer returns on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all Elka Collective tags still securely attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed to your original payment method.
